Lecture by Dr. Karil Kucera, St. Olaf College Professor of Art and Art History & Asian Studies

Dr. Karil Kucera, St. Olaf College Professor of Art and Art History & Asian Studies, will deliver the lecture “Preserving Pain, Promoting Peace: Learning from the Memorials at Hiroshima, Nanjing and My Lai” on April 7th at 6:00 pm in Holmes Auditorium in Harder Hall. A public reception featuring Asian cuisine will follow.


The lecture is sponsored by Alfred University’s Global Studies program, the Confucius Institute at Alfred University, and the ASIANetwork.
