Those with an interest in art are invited to sign up for a class in watercolor winter landscapes using primary colors. This class will take place on Saturday, February 19 from 9 am – 12 pm at the Cuba Circulating Library. There is a $5 fee for the class, which is open to those ages 13 & up. Registration is required and space is limited, so please contact the library at cuba@stls.org or call (585) 968-1668 to sign up.
The class will be taught by Theresa Heinz, a Cuba native who studied under local artist Chet Swier while in junior high school. Theresa is recently retired after 31 years of teaching high school art. She has pieces in many private collections and has had several one-woman shows of paintings and collages.
