The 10th Annual Western New York Bowhunting Festival at Swain Resort.  Activities for archers of all types; uniquely situated on 100+ wooded acres. The festival offers attendees a wide variety of educational & participatory experiences including Compound Archery, Traditional Archery, Trapping, Tracking and more.

Hours:

• • Friday, Aug. 23 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Lower Course ONLY, no chairlift)
  • Saturday, Aug. 24 7:00 am – 8:00 pm (lift runs 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Sunday, Aug. 25 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (lift stops at 3:00 pm)

Shooting Rates:

• $35 – Three Day Pass
• $30 – Saturday & Sunday Pass
• $15 – Friday Only
• $25 – Saturday Only
• $15 – Sunday Only

Free:

• Kids 12 & under enter and shoot for Free! (adult supervision required)
• Spectators for the event are also FREE again this year.

Friday, Aug 23

1pm-Dusk: Lower Archery Course/Range open (No chairlift)
4pm-8pm: Lower Restaurant open inside

Saturday, Aug 24

7am-Dusk: Archery Courses Open – (Ski Lift Open 8am – 5pm)
7am-8pm: Food and Beverage available in main lodge
8am – 4pm: Saturday Competition Course
12pm: Kids’ Balloon Shoot at Kids’ Range
2 pm: Trapping Demo Outside Lodge
5:30: Saturday Competition Shootout
6pm-10pm:  Live Music in the restaurant, “Josh Wolf”

Sunday, Aug 25

7am-4pm: Archery Courses Open, (Ski Lift Open 8am – 3pm)
7am-2pm: Food and Beverage available in main lodge
8am – 11am: Sunday Competition Course 
11:00am: Kids’ Balloon Shoot (at Kids’ Range)
11:30am: Sunday Competition Shootout
12:30pm: Door Prize Drawing (Must be present to win)
