The public is cordially invited to attend the inaugural Stand with Seneca at Caneadea Field Day: an educational day of activities on historical Seneca lands. The Seneca Nation will provide cultural exhibits, a lacrosse exhibition, a smoke dance exhibition, Best Traditional Regalia Awards, a pig chase, and craft and food vendors. Richard Big Kettle, a Seneca (Huron Clan) award-winning artist and lacrosse stick maker, plans to be in attendance to demonstrate the art of traditional lacrosse stick making. Admission is free, however parking at the event will be $5 per car.
